Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elite Productivity Coaching’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and Elite Productivity Coaching LLC.

2. Services Description

We provide productivity coaching, consulting, and workshops. Services are delivered virtually or in person as agreed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). All services are non-transferable and for the exclusive use of the purchasing client.

3. Payment and Cancellation

Fees are due as per the SOW. Late payments incur a 5% monthly interest. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are non-refundable. Clients may terminate with 30 days written notice; refunds for unused prepaid sessions are subject to a 15% administrative fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided during coaching are proprietary to Elite Productivity Coaching. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Productivity Coaching’s liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years. Exceptions include disclosures required by law or with prior consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County.
